A virtual storytelling experience
There's nothing to prepare and nothing to rehearse. Just a real conversation, captured as it happens, that becomes something you'll keep for yourself, or for the people you love.
The difference.
Thoughtful questions. Natural conversation. Your story, recorded.
This is for you if
You have a story you keep meaning to tell — “someday.”
You want to preserve stories for people who may one day wish they had asked.
You've lived through something significant, difficult, or unexpected.
You carry wisdom, lessons, or dreams worth passing on.
You simply want the rare experience of being deeply heard.
You're curious what you'll discover in simply hearing your own story told back to you.
Why now.
There usually isn't a dramatic reason to wait — just the quiet assumption that someday will come. Memory and opportunity are never guaranteed.
Conditions like dementia and Alzheimer's are one reminder of this — but they're not why this exists. This is for anyone who has a story and knows time is not promised.
How it works
Choose a time. Join from anywhere — no travel, no studio, no preparation required.
We talk. I guide with thoughtful questions and follow wherever your story leads.
Your conversation is recorded and delivered as a keepsake — yours to keep, share, or pass down.
The format
Guided, never scripted.
We meet over Zoom or Riverside. I ask thoughtfully crafted questions from your chosen chapter, then follow wherever the story leads — so it feels like talking with someone who's genuinely listening, not being interviewed.
Audio or video — your choice.
The full conversation is recorded. Choose audio-only for a natural, podcast-style conversation — my camera stays off too — or video, with both of us on camera. Either way, it's built to feel like two people talking, not a documentary sitting across from a lens.
Shaped, not staged.
Afterward, I clean up the raw conversation — trimming pauses, repetition, and anything distracting — while keeping your voice and story exactly as you told it. It follows your story naturally from beginning to end: structured enough to hold together, natural enough that you forget it was ever an interview. Want it taken further? The Fully Edited Keepsake is available as an add-on when you book.
What happens next is your choice
For yourself.
A private record — a truth finally said out loud, kept exactly as you told it.
For people you love.
For anyone who may one day wish they could have asked.
For anyone you choose.
Friends, a community, or the wider world — only if and when you decide.
There is only the way that's right for you.

Founder, 3-2-1 Speak.
Their stories, their cultures, what shaped them, what they've overcome, and the experiences that made them who they are. Over the years, I've had the privilege of talking with people from more than 35 countries and countless backgrounds — and I keep finding myself drawn to the same thing: listening to someone tell me about their life.
I don't believe a person needs to be famous, accomplished, or conventionally interesting to have a story worth preserving. I've seen too much beauty in ordinary lives and ordinary moments to believe that.
That's the heart behind 3-2-1 Speak — a space to slow down, be heard, and tell the stories that matter to you. You don't have to know exactly what to say. You just have to start speaking.
“Your life is extraordinary and your life is worth remembering.”
A Life Review Experience
The eight chapters represent the core narrative arc of a person's life. They are not eight separate questionnaires and should never feel like a clinical assessment, therapy session, or rigid interview template.
Childhood & Early Life
The foundation of the story: earliest memories, home, family, childhood personality, friendships, routines, influences, fears, joys, and the world the person grew up in. This chapter establishes where their story began and what shaped their earliest sense of self.
Adolescence & Coming of Age
The transition from childhood into adulthood: teenage experiences, friendships, music, books, first jobs, independence, challenges, influences, and experiences that began shaping their identity. This chapter captures the process of becoming the person they would eventually be.
Education & Career
Education, work, ambitions, career choices, unexpected turns, accomplishments, failures, mentors, colleagues, and lessons learned through working life. This chapter explores how they found their place in the world and what their work taught them about themselves and others.
Relationships & Love
The relationships that mattered most: friendship, chosen family, partnership, community, commitment, difficult seasons, enduring memories, and what they came to understand about love over time. This chapter captures the people and relationships that gave their life connection and meaning.
Turning Points & Transformation
The moments — big or small — that changed the direction of a life: a decision, an encounter, a loss, a risk taken or not taken, a single day that reshaped everything after it. This chapter explores the turning points that mark a clear before and after.
Lessons & Growth
The lessons that came from living — through mistakes, hardship, unexpected joy, and the slow accumulation of experience. This chapter captures the wisdom a person has earned, in their own words, for anyone who might need it.
Values & What Truly Counts
The people, beliefs, and moments a person holds closest: what they've come to value, what they'd protect, what quietly matters more than anything else. This chapter reveals the priorities beneath a life, however that life has been lived.
Reflection & What Remains
How a person hopes to be remembered, what they want to pass on, and the words they may never have said out loud. This chapter brings the story full circle, honoring the mark a life leaves on the people who carry it forward.
How the chapters work
I ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and follow each story where it naturally leads. If one memory opens the door to another chapter, the conversation moves with it.
The result feels like one guided journey through a life — preserving memories, relationships, experiences, beliefs, lessons, and legacy — not eight separate interviews.
More than answers to a questionnaire: a lived experience, captured in their own words and held in the chapters of their life.

FAQ
Not in the formal sense. It's a real conversation that happens to be recorded, guided gently rather than scripted.
That's normal, and exactly what the conversation is for. I ask questions that help your story surface naturally.
Only the people you choose. What happens to your story afterward is entirely up to you.
No. This is for any adult with a story worth preserving — at any age or stage of life.
Virtually, over Zoom or Riverside — wherever you are. All you need is a quiet space and a stable connection.
Yes. Choose whichever feels more comfortable before your session — audio for a relaxed, podcast-style conversation with both our cameras off, or video with both of us on camera.
Sessions are scheduled in advance and paced to the conversation — never rushed to fit a clock.
Make the time. Tell the story. Preserve what matters.
